Ayala Triangle Car-Free Sundays

Image
Every Sunday, the streets around Ayala Triangle in Makati become car-free, making it a great place to run. Without cars, it feels open and peaceful, even though it’s in the middle of the city. I love running here because it feels different from normal city running. The air is fresher, the space is bigger, and there are lots of people enjoying their time. It’s a great way to enjoy the weekend and feel refreshed. Aside from running, many people come here to cycle, skate, or just walk with their pets. There are food stalls nearby where you can grab a quick snack or a refreshing drink after your run. The whole place feels alive with energy and good vibes. If you are in Makati on a Sunday, bring your running shoes and try it out! Keywords: Ayala Triangle, Makati running spot, urban escape

Chasing Waves in Subic Beach, Bicol

Image
Running on the beach is an amazing feeling. The sand is soft, the waves are calming, and the fresh air makes it even better. Subic Beach in Bicol is one of my favorite places for a beach run. I first ran here during a summer trip, and I loved it. The beach is long and perfect for running. The water is so clear, and the sunrise makes it even more beautiful. Running barefoot on the sand felt so free and refreshing. Aside from running, there are other fun things to do here. You can take a dip in the ocean after your run, enjoy fresh seafood, or just sit by the shore and watch the waves. The peaceful sound of the water makes it a great place to relax after a workout. I can’t wait to go back! If you ever visit Bicol, try running on Subic Beach. It’s a great experience. Keywords: summer getaway, Subic Beach, shoreline running, Bicol

My Go-To Running Spot in BGC - Greenways

Image
BGC Greenways is a great place to run. It is a quiet spot in the middle of the city, with lots of trees and well-paved paths. The tall buildings around it make the view interesting, but the greenery keeps it peaceful. I like running here because it is easy and relaxing. The paths are smooth, so I don’t have to worry about uneven ground. If you need a break from the busy city, this is a perfect place to run.  There are also benches along the way where you can sit and rest. Some runners stop to do simple exercises like stretching or push-ups. In the early morning or late afternoon, the weather is just right—not too hot, not too cold.
